We strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Your order was lost in transit and not delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays caused by courier services.

2. Reporting an Issue

3. Refund Processing

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

If the refund is issued as store credit, it will be available within 2-3 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or UPI after confirming your details.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this, cancellations are not permitted as the order may already be in process.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may request a refund and place a new order.
